For UK pharmacies and brands
UK pharmacy affiliate programme
Looking to market or sell pharmacy products in the UK? Sanara sends people who are already comparing regulated online care to GPhC-registered pharmacies. You keep the consultation, the patient and the sale. We earn a labelled commission only if they complete a qualifying order after your own clinical checks — never at their extra cost, and never in exchange for a better rank.
Do you charge only when products sell?
Yes. The default is CPA: we earn when a visitor we send completes a qualifying order after your consultation. Declined, cancelled or unfulfilled orders do not pay. There is no listing fee, no click fee, and no retainer to “be on the site”.
Should there be a transparent fee-tier system?
We publish the commercial model in the table below. We do not sell bronze / silver / gold ranks. A public ranking package would be pay-to-rank — which we refuse, and which would break the comparison readers (and regulators) are entitled to trust. CPA rates are agreed per partner or via Awin; we do not post a single percentage, because category margins differ and the advertiser sets network rates.
| What | Fee | What you get | What you do not get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product or clinic listing | £0 | A catalogue row and tracked /out/ links once we have checked GPhC (and CQC where it applies) and the destination URLs | A higher rank, or a named prescription-only advert |
| Cost per acquisition (CPA) | Only when a qualifying order completes | We earn a commission from you — or via Awin / another network — after your own clinical checks. Declined, cancelled or unfulfilled orders do not pay | A monthly retainer, a click fee, or a charge when a reader only views the page |
| Pay-to-rank / bronze–gold comparison packages | Not sold | Nothing — we do not sell movement in ranked tables, stars, or “best clinic” copy | Editorial influence |
| Labelled placement (optional, later) | Not sold today | If we ever sell a marked slot it will sit outside ranked tables, and the rate will be published on this page first | An unlabelled advert inside a comparison |
How UK pharmacies market products here
- Comparison traffic from people deciding between regulated UK clinics — not cold ads.
- Product listings on /products for nameable P, GSL, device and supplement items.
- Tracked hand-off through
/out/…withrel="nofollow sponsored noopener noreferrer"and a visible * disclosure. - Editorial context — guides that say who should skip online care, not just who should click.
We currently list 26 nameable products. Prescription-only medicines stay at class level on condition pages — that is UK advertising law, not a preference.
Can a brand or company apply if it is not a pharmacy?
Only through a GPhC-registered pharmacy that will be the seller. Sanara’s merchant is always a registered pharmacy. If you make a food supplement or a nameable pharmacy medicine, come with the premises number of the pharmacy that will supply it. Unregistered websites and marketplace sellers are declined.
What we need from you
- Live GPhC premises number we can check on pharmacyregulation.org.
- CQC registration if you provide an online prescribing service in England.
- Destination URLs for each nameable product or clinic pathway — no prescription-only brand or generic names in the slug or the on-page copy we publish.
- A commercial contact and, when you have one, an affiliate-network deep-link prefix.

Who should skip this programme
Skip it if you are not on the GPhC register, if you want us to advertise a named prescription-only medicine, or if you expect to pay for a higher rank. Those applications are declined. High-street pharmacies that mainly want local NHS visibility should use Pick My Pharmacy instead.
How a product gets onto /products
We keep a typed catalogue. A nameable Pharmacy, general-sale, device or food-supplement item is added as a row with a destination URL. Prescription-only medicines never get a product page. When your affiliate prefix is live, every /out/… hand-off carries a visible * andrel="sponsored". If the destination is not yet confirmed, the row can sit aslive: false so it does not send traffic.
What happens after you apply
We check the GPhC register (and CQC where it applies), confirm the destination URLs do not advertise banned names, and agree CPA terms — Awin, another network, or a direct deal. You will not appear in ranked comparison tables because you paid. Material mistakes go on our public corrections log.
Common questions
Who can apply to the UK pharmacy affiliate programme?
UK pharmacies with a live GPhC premises registration. Online prescribing services in England must also hold CQC registration. Brands and other companies can take part only through a GPhC-registered pharmacy that will be the seller — Sanara does not list unregistered shops.
We want to market or sell our products in the UK. Is this the page?
Yes, if you are (or you work with) a GPhC-registered pharmacy. Sanara is a comparison and affiliate site: we list nameable Pharmacy, general-sale, device and supplement products and send people who are already comparing. We do not run ads that name prescription-only medicines.
Do you charge only when a product sells?
Yes. The default is cost-per-acquisition: we earn a commission when a visitor we send completes a qualifying order after your consultation. There is no listing fee and no monthly package. We do not charge for a click that does not convert.
Is there a public fee-tier or ranking package?
No. We publish the commercial model (listing is free; we earn on qualifying sales) but we do not sell bronze/silver/gold ranks. Category margins differ and network rates are set by the advertiser, so we agree CPA terms per partner rather than posting a single percentage that would look like a ranking product.
What do you promote?
Clinic comparison pages, nameable Pharmacy (P) and GSL medicines, devices and food supplements. We never advertise prescription-only medicines by brand or generic name — UK MHRA/ASA rules, and our network terms, forbid it.
Can we pay for a better ranking?
No. Commission never changes how we describe, order or rank clinics. Paid placement, if we ever sell it, will be labelled, kept out of ranked comparison tables, and priced in public on this page before anyone can buy it.
We are a high-street pharmacy — is this the right site?
Sanara sends people to online clinics and nameable products. For a local GPhC-register listing (NHS services, opening hours, city pages), apply on Pick My Pharmacy, our related comparison directory.
